• washing

  the shampoo is gently massaged & washed deep into the fibres of your carpet

• hot water rinse

  your carpet is rinsed clean with hot water, removing deep-down dirt & odour

• fast drying

  any excess moisture is extracted to help your carpet dry more quickly

• deodorise

  a deodoriser is applied to neutralise odours and freshen your carpets

• grooming

  your carpet is groomed to lift the pile and restore an 'as new' appearance

Our comprehensive carpet cleaning process is ideal for removing ground-in dirt, spots & stubborn stains, dust, bacteria & allergens, as well as pet odours & stains. We only use natural, environmentally-friendly detergents.

A carpet steam cleaning service typically takes around 2 to 6 hours to complete. This depends on the size of the carpeted area within your home and it's current level of soiling. Please note that any heavy, bulky or electrical items should be moved prior to your service, otherwise we'll clean around them.

It usually takes around 2 to 4 hours for your carpet to dry completely after it has been steam cleaned, although it can be walked on straight away!
